Mary Ellen Fogwell


Mary Ellen began her career as an accountant with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1991.  She sharpened her skills as a senior auditor there for 5 years.

Ms. Fogwell earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She continued her specialization by becoming a QuickBooks Proadvisor in 2009.

Chris Fogwell

Chris began his career as a tax specialist with the international accounting firm of Deloitte in 1991. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions.  His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

Mr. Fogwell earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He then went on to earn his Master of Science in Accountancy degree from Bentley College, Waltham, MA. 

In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his children, flying and being involved in FIRST Robotics. He volunteers at many of the competitions and mentors First Tech Challenge, First Lego League, and Jr First Lego League teams. 

Mary Ellen and Chris joined forces in 1996 to form Complete Financial Outsourcing. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients.
